A European Framework for Psychologists' Training

Project carried out with the support of the European Community within the framework of the Leonardo da Vinci Programme

PROJECT PARTNERS

Fifteen partners were involved in the project from eleven countries: nine EU countries, one EFTA country and one non-EU country: Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom. EFPPA (the European Federation of Professional Psychologists Associations) was also involved and will play a central role in the implementation of the project. Each partner created a national network, which was used for consultation and dissemination, and included representatives of universities, the national psychology society/association and any other relevant bodies. Members of the project team made presentations at European, international and national conferences, specifically at the European Congress of Psychology in July 1999 in Rome, at the Second International Conference on Licensing and Credentialling in Olso in July 2000, the International Congress of Psychology in Stockholm in July 2000 and will do so at the European Congress of Psychology in London in July 2001. There have also been presentations at national conferences and meetings.
